PURPOSE: To obtain a flexible plastic tube having excellent decoration or display, provided with a finish portion requiring no trimming and capable of receiving decoration by a conventional silk screen device.
CONSTITUTION: A finish portion having an opening part is formed by injection molding and a tube is extruded along with the finish portion and a blow mold is closed around the extruded tube and the tube is blown into an integral container main body having a closed bottom portion and the mold is opened to provide the finish portion to an integral flexible tube. Thereafter, the main body is decorated by a display part and the closed end of the tube is cut to leave the opening end portion tube of the end portion on the side opposite to the finish portion and a closure is further applied to the finish portion. Thereafter, the tube is filled with a material through the opening end and this opening end is closed. In a decorating process, the container is pref. rotated relatively with respect to the silk screen printing apparatus.
