Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a flexible tube hardly susceptible to kink to keep the flow quantity of hot water from reducing and to improve workability.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible tube is formed by covering the outside circumference of a pipe 1 made of resin with a flexible covering material 2. A spring 3 formed by winding the pipe 1 approximately concentrically is provided on the inside of the covering material 2 covering almost the whole length of the pipe 1. By virtue of absorbing the force applied to the pipe 1 when it is flexed by the expansion and constraction of the spring 3, the pipe 1 is reinforced with the spring 3 and the pipe 1 is restrained from being intensely distorted.
