Abstract:
To solve a problem in which the number of waveguides used for electrical connection between devices mounted on artificial satellites and the like is large, causing an increase in mass and an increase in shim adjustment work, the shape of the waveguide is limited and the degree of freedom of routing for routing the waveguide is not small.SOLUTION: In a single waveguide with flanges on both ends, and the waveguide and a flexible portion are integrally molded by an electroforming technology. The flange and the waveguide are also joined by the electroforming technology. Due to increase in the number of times of bending of the waveguide by processing the electric mold, the number of waveguides can be reduced, so that the mass can be reduced, and the degree of freedom of routing can be increased. In addition, the position shift can be adjusted by the flexible portion, and the shim adjustment amount can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
