To enable a connecting terminal of a flexible wiring board to be easily connected to a connector provided onto a board through a narrow gap between a frame and the board.
A connecting terminal 18 is provided to a tip 17 of a flexible wiring board 13. Latching parts 19 and 20 are integrally formed on each side of the flexible wiring board 13 near the connecting terminal 18 extending sideways. Latching parts 19 and 20 are each previously turned up by an angle of 180° at the roots of first arms 19a and 20a. Therefore, the turned latching parts 19 and 20 are made to confront the upside of the flexible wiring board 13, and latching holes 19c and 20c confront the upside of the connecting terminal 18. Tips of tweezers are fitted into latching holes 19c and 20c of the latching part 19 and 20 through an opening 24 from above a frame 23. When the tweezers are pressed in the direction of B, the connecting terminal 18 is inserted into a connecting part 22a of a connector 22.
