To provide a flexible wiring structure and an imaging apparatus that are able to restrain reaction force of flexible wiring and able to achieve a size reduction by running the flexible wiring in a circle.
The flexible wiring structure having a first flexible wiring part 11, a second flexible wiring part 12, and a relay part 13 comprises: a first upward extending face 11a extending upward from the relay part 13; a first bent rear upward extending face 11b bent at a first bending part 11d from the first upward extending face 11a; a second upward extending part 12a extending upward from the flat surface of the relay part 13 via a second relay side bent part 12c; and a second bent upward extending face 12b that is an L-shaped bent part extending from the second upward extending face 12a, is bent at a second bending part 12d higher than the first bending part 11d, and is parallel to the first bent rear upward extending face 11b. The second bent rear upward extending part 12b is superposed on the first bent rear upward extending face 11b after bent at an upward extending face bent part 12e provided on the second upward extending part 12a.
