Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject flier bow reduced in weight by firmly laminating the surface of the flier bow body formed by deflecting a metallic belt plate to arch shape with a rigid resin plate.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the flier bow body 11 formed by deflecting a metallic belt plate to arch shape is firmly laminated with a rigid resin plate 12 to reinforce the rigidity of the flier bow body. The side end of the flier bow body consisting of the metallic belt plate is projected at the side end of the flier bow 10 to cut broken wires and thereby prevent machine breakages due to wire wrapping.
