Abstract:
To provide a novel arrangement for achieving control to avoid a collision with an object and control to keep a distance to the object constant.SOLUTION: A distance sensor measures an objective distance as a distance to an object. A control unit performs objective speed control for controlling a flight speed so that a velocity component in a direction of approaching or separating from the object is at a prescribed specified speed when the objective distance measured by the distance sensor is shorter than a margin distance. The specified speed takes a value in the direction of approaching the object when the objective distance is longer than a limit distance and takes a value in the direction of separating from the object when the objective distance is shorter than the limit distance. The limit distance is set at a distance shorter than the margin distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
