In this flight type information processor, a CPU, a memory, a radio communication control part, a battery, and a GPS are installed in a body. A double inverting rotor is installed at the top of the body. A camera means is attached to the bottom surface of the body. A body underside image photographed by the camera means is image-processed by the CPU, and according to the result of the image processing, the double inverting rotor is controlled and the general-purpose information processing is performed by the CPU.
