To provide an information processor capable of performing aerial stoppage (hovering) and autonomous flight in the air with a high degree of freedom, having excellent stability even if its size is small, and having a software platform for performing a general-purpose information processing function.
In this flight type information processor, a CPU, a memory, a radio communication control part, a battery, and a GPS are installed in a body. A double inverting rotor is installed at the top of the body. A camera means is attached to the bottom surface of the body. A body underside image photographed by the camera means is image-processed by the CPU, and according to the result of the image processing, the double inverting rotor is controlled and the general-purpose information processing is performed by the CPU.
