The flip-flop comprises: a pulse generation part for generating a pulse for synchronizing the operation of the flip-flop; a multiplexer to which data, scan input and a scan enable signal is input and which selects and outputs the data or scan input in response to the scan enable signal; and a latch part for synchronizing the data or scan input output from the multiplexer part with a pulse signal and transmitting it to outside.
