Several color variations can be obtained by selecting the color of a flip-flop type pigment. Since a layer containing the flip-flop type pigment is translucent, a light reflection layer can be seen through the layer, and luminosity of a metal tone and a feel of the flip-flop can be obtained simultaneously. Since the light reflection layer high in reflectivity is provided, a high flip-flop effect can be obtained even when the concentration of the flip-flop type pigment is low.
