It is important to set a frame 1 to be an inverted V-shape as seen from the front side and further set to be a V-shape whose angle is 90° to 130° in terms of a flip-up angle in order to concentrate both of attaching/detaching and flip-up functions on a bridge. The magnet is fit at a relative position in a state where both bridges 3 and 4 are superposed, and the front frame bridge 3 and the front put frame bridge 4 are held and stabilized by utilizing the magnetic force of the magnet.
