To provide an excellently convenient flip-up type refuse station which easily and promptly raises and lowers a bucket frame with a net attached and secures a refuse storage space when in use and can be easily set up in a small space when not in use.

A bucket frame (2) with a net attached is combined to a strut frame stand (1) with rotating pins (3). Hooks (4) are provided at a strut frame stand (1) and the bucket frame (2) and attached thereto, respectively, and springs (5) are attached to the hooks (4) provided at the strut frame stand (1) and the bucket frame (2) with the net attached, thus causing the bucket frame (2) with the net attached to be capable of moving on the rotating pins (3).
