Abstract:
To provide a tool for flower arrangement enabling cut flowers to be easily and stably arranged in any container.
The float 10 for flower arrangement is formed of a lump of porous, lightweight porcelain containing closed cells and having a bulk specific gravity of 1 or less and provided with through holes 14 for passing therethrough the stems or branches of flowers to be arranged. In particular, two or more through holes 14 are arranged to face in opposite directions. Alternatively, the float 10 is in the shape of a doughnut obtained by baking and foaming soil containing aplite of not less than 75 wt.% nor more than 99 wt.%.
