Abstract:
To provide a float-type check valve that reduces the adhesion of dirt to a float and suppresses the occurrence of valve closing failure.SOLUTION: The float-type check valve is installed in a drainage system that drains water from upstream to downstream, and comprises a main body, an annular valve seat, a float, a guide member, and a regulation member. The main body has a first channel that penetrates in the vertical direction and connects the upstream and downstream sides of the drainage system. The annular valve seat is located downstream of the main body and is open in the vertical direction, with the opening connected to the downstream side of the first channel. The float is positioned so as to be movable in the vertical direction on the downstream side below the annular valve seat, and closes and opens the annular valve seat. The guide member guides the vertical movement of the float. The regulation member regulates a lower limit position of the movement of the float. The main body has a recess located at the periphery of the first channel in plan view with an opening surface facing the upstream side of the drainage system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
