Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a float valve with which malfunction is automatically detected, and a valve seat member is automatically recycled without decomposing it at an abnormal condition.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of valve ports 15 to 18 having same opening areas are formed on a spherical valve seat member 11. A motor 33 for rotational operation is connected to the spherical valve seat member 11. An oscillation sensor 19 is arranged for detecting oscillation of fluid passing the valve port 15. An adjusting meter 26 judges whether the condition is normal or not based on the oscillation level detected by the oscillation sensor 19. At an abnormal condition, the motor 33 is rotated by 90 degrees. The valve ports 16 to 18 are sequentially rotated to a position facing to a valve chamber 4.
