For this reason, since difference occurs between speed of surging waves and speed of the floating ball type breakwater 2 attempting to float up, waves continue to hit before the floating ball type breakwater 2 floats up and the floating ball type breakwater 2 reducing size of waves is pushed by waves, but is pulled by a floating ball 1 with an anchor weight 7 and a floating ball 8 so that the floating ball type breakwater continues to receive waves at the same position.
