To prevent water from overflowing to a public space side by accelerating a rising action speed of a door body during initial flooding.
In a floating body connection type flap gate 11, a door body is configured by connecting in a direction of water that flows in, a plurality of door body blocks divided in a height direction so as to block an opening or an entrance/exit through which the water flows in, rotatable within a plane in the height direction. At a position confronted with a door body distal end face 12aa in the case where a door body block 12a at a distal end side in the height direction is in a fall-down state, a conduit 14 is provided in the flow-in direction of water. The conduit 14 comprises a water-intake part 14a in which an opening is formed to take in flowing-in water and a nozzle part 14d which is capable of spouting out water taken in by the water-intake part 14a toward an upper-side portion in the height direction of the door body distal end face 12aa. Thus, overflow caused by delay of a rising action can be prevented and as a disaster prevention facility, reliability is improved.
