To provide a floating body structure capable of following land subsidence in a reclaimed land side when enlarging an architectural facility or the like built on reclaimed land.
The floating body structure is composed of a box shaped floating body 2 floating on a sea surface and arranged with a plurality of mooring connecting parts 3 at predetermined intervals on both side rim parts 2b and 2b of a bottom face 2a, foundations 5 provided in longitudinal and transverse rows at predetermined intervals on the ground 4 of a sea floor positioned below the floating body 2, constraining cables 6 connecting each foundation 5 with each mooring connecting part 3 of the bottom face 2a of the floating body 2, a cable holding and adjusting device 7 provided on each mooring connecting part 3 of the bottom face 2a of the floating body 2, holding one end part 6a of each constraining cable 6 and adjusting its length, and an air filling chamber provided on the bottom face 2a of the floating body 2 and filled with air in an interior.
