Title:
FLOATING BODY WITH VERTICAL COLUMN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007216937
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve problems of a conventional buoy wherein a tower tip is largely swung by waves because a floating body is fixed to a column; it is required to increase the area and volume of the floating body and to strengthen an anchor to lift up a lighting fixture, an antenna and a transmitter etc. on the sea; and due to this structure, it is difficult to install the large buoy and it is impossible to securely raise the column on and under the water, and thereby to reduce the size and weight of a buoy and to stably raise a column on and under the water.

A column is inserted into a floating body, and a weight is attached to an end part of the column to be installed under water. Due to this configuration, the floating body serves as a support point, and the weight side sinks under the water. The other end of the column is lifted up on the water and the column is vertically raised.
