PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating carrier device and a circuit board processing device capable of carriage with deflection of a circuit board prevented.SOLUTION: A floating carrier device of the present invention that carries a circuit board by floating it comprises a lower floating device and an upper floating device across a carrier path of a circuit board. A plurality of floating blocks which constitute at least one of the lower floating device and the upper floating device are arranged at intervals and floating blocks which constitute the other are arranged so as to face the intervals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
