PURPOSE: To utilize a floating marine construction as living and swimming facilities by forming the construction so as to have a concaved shape consisting of two longitudinal portions vertically constructed at both sides and a bottom connecting portion like as a floating dock and utilizing the both longitudinal portions as living facilities and the bottom portions as ballast tanks and a swimming pool situated above the ballast tanks.

CONSTITUTION: A floating marine construction is constituted of two longitudinal portions 1a vertically constructed at both sides and a bottom portion 1b connecting the longitudinal portions at bottom sides so as to have a concaved shape like as a floating dock. Living facilities for resting ans staying are provided in both longitudinal upright constructions 1a and ballasting devices are provided in the bottom connecting portions 1b, and further, the whole construction is made as a half-submerged floating construction. At the both ends of the concave-shaped construction, fences 2 are provided, thereby, the draft of the whole floating construction may be adjusted and the bottom connecting portion 1b may be utilized as a swimming pool.
