To eliminate operations by a diver, facilitate the installation of a floating material mounting ring with a buoyant body on a floating material, easily fine-adjust the mounting position of the floating member mounting ring, and prevent air from leaking due to the change of the attitude or the swing thereof when air is supplied to the buoyant body.
This floating member collection supporting implement comprises an openable floating material mounting ring 2, a buoyant body 4 installed on the outer periphery of the floating material mounting ring 2 and inflated by charging air therein, and a floating member fastening belt 6 connected to the floating member mounting ring 2 through four leaf springs 5 serving as connection members. Two driven wheels 7 and one drive wheel 8 are installed on the inner periphery of the floating material mounting ring 2 at predetermined intervals. A traveling air motor 9 is connected to the drive wheel 8. An opening/closing cylinder 10 for opening/closing the floating member mounting ring is fitted to the floating member mounting ring 2. A lifting ring 12 for lifting is fitted to the floating member fastening belt 6.
