To provide a floating moving device capable of lightening an actuator and an energy supply system.
The floating moving device 1 comprises left and right blade sections 401 and 402 for performing flapping, left and right actuators 2 and 6 for driving left and right blade sections 401 and 402, and a control section 5 for controlling the left and right actuators 2 and 6. As the left and right actuators 2 and 6 of the floating moving device 1, an internal combustion engine is used. The internal combustion engine is configured especially using two two-cycle reciprocating engines, and the two two-cycle reciprocating engines are arranged so as to be faced to each other in a pair. The internal combustion engine is configured so that respective pistons of the two two-cycle reciprocating engines are interconnected through a rod and interlock with each other.
