PURPOSE: To provide a floating point processor of a high performance three- dimensional graphic accelerator in a computer system.
CONSTITUTION: A floating point processor 40 realizes a specialized graphic microinstruction. The specialized graphic microinstruction includes a swap microinstruction for hardware remapping a general register group for classifying the vertexes of a triangle. The specialized graphic microcomputer instruction includes branching with a specialized condition for a three-dimensional geometry.
