PURPOSE: To perform quick transfer without using any pallet and to lay out a device with no loss of space for turning by mounting a floating type roller slipper on a tire tread horizontally and synchronizing conversion of supporting force with change of a course in the perpendicular direction.

CONSTITUTION: A roller slipper 9 is guided on a guide rail 10 by a slipper arm 4 provided with plural guide rollers 11. The slipper 9 is operated to be loaded/unloaded by a slipper cylinder 6. The slipper 9 is inserted to a floor face by support of fixed bridge roller 8 in the first stroke. The slipper 9 stops when a tire tread 14 is detected. Following this, the slipper 9 is inserted until a sensor on the slipper predetermined point detects the tread in the second stroke to stop. Then a tread 14 is floated synchronously by a floating cylinder 13 provided in each slipper 9 in the third stroke. A bridge roller 7 for a straight advance is provided on the lower edge of the cylinder 13 with crossing a roller 8 at right angles so as to float the tread from the floor by application of pressure by the cylinder 13, and at the same time, to enable a change of a course and a run in the perpendicular direction.
