Abstract:
To provide a floating-type environment observation devise capable of precisely verifying suitability as an installation location of offshore wind power generation facilities.SOLUTION: A floating-type environment observation devise 10 comprises: a long floating body 12 with a ballast part below it; a platform 14 installed above the floating body 12; and a mooring cable 16 attached to the floating body 12. The platform 14 comprises an air observation devise with wind state observation means to observe wind condition and with bird observation means to observe birds.
