Abstract:
To install a small reactor, which is floated like a nuclear ship under consideration of soft ground as sea, in the soft ground zone.SOLUTION: A reactor container 101 is floated on surface of the earth without straddling disconnection of a front/rear and right/left main active fault, and a floating-type nuclear power plant is constructed with the minimum distance between the side wall of the reactor container 101 and the disconnection, which is two meters or more. A steel-made reactor container 101 is supported by a keel band foundation 211, and an outrigger 311 is fixed to left/right side walls located in the upper part than a central axis of the reactor container 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
