To provide a floating type offshore wind power generation device which makes easy the tension adjusting work of a mooring rope and can improve the stability of a floating body.
The floating type offshore wind power generation device 1 includes: a power generation device 2; the floating body 3, which supports the power generation device; sinkers 4, which moor the floating body; and tendons 5, stretched tautly each with one end connected to the floating body and the other ends thereof connected to the sinkers to stabilize the position and attitude of the floating body. In the floating type offshore wind power generation device 1, the floating body 3 is structured with a center column 3a, which supports the power generator and projection parts 3b arranged on the center column via connecting members 3c around the center column. A connecting structure of the tendons 5 at the floating body side is concentrated to the upper part of the center column 3a from the projection parts 3b along the connecting members 3c.
