To make a transmission wave, which is not converted into energy for inclined motion of a floating body, small.
A floating wave-dissipating device comprises: floating bodies 3 supporting or mounted with gyro-type wave power generators 2 respectively, and swinging by receiving incident waves; and a reflection wall 4 reflecting waves transmitting through the floating bodies 3 to the floating bodies 3 and generating reflection waves. The reflection wall 4 is constituted of reflection parts 4b provided in a direction intersecting the advancing direction of waves and a plurality of bridge-like mooring parts 4a extended from the reflection parts 4b in an opposite direction to the advancing direction of waves, and each of the floating bodies 3 is moored between the bridge-like mooring parts 4a. Transmitted waves are reflected by the reflection wall 4 so that they become small and a wave-dissipating effect is enhanced. Moreover, since inclined motion of the floating bodies 3 is increased by overlapping waves, the power generation quantity of the gyro-type wave power generators 2 increases.
