To miniaturize a reflocculation device and to prevent the stagnation of reflocculated flocs in the re-flocculation device, in a flocculation and filtration treatment apparatus for filtering water to be treated having flocs formed therein by the addition of flocculant by a membrane module.
The flocculation and filtration treatment apparatus is provided with a supply pump 5 for supplying water to be treated to the membrane module 2 and, on the upstream side of the supply pump 5, a mixing tank 4 and an addition part 8 for adding the flocculant to the water to be treated in the mixing tank 4 are provided. The reflocculation device 6 for re-flocculating flocs crushed by the supply pump 5 is provided between the supply pump 5 and the membrane module 2. As the reflocculation device 6, a closed type stirrer having freely rotatable stirring blades 13 is used and, as the supply prump 5, a vortex pump or a swirl flow pump is used.
