Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flock bundle for improving liquid-like substance retentivity of stable quality and a method for manufacturing it.
SOLUTION: In the flock bundle used for coating, writing, lithography or the like by impregnating with a liquid-like substance comprising a flock part 2 made of a plurality of synthetic fibers 1, and a base 3 for bonding base ends of the plurality of fibers 1 to each other, an areal ratio of a synthetic fiber non-present area in an area specified by a size of the base of the part 2 is set in response to a using purpose.
