PURPOSE: To provide the flocking device which uniformly flocks short fibers in a dense state to the inside wall surface of the inner cavity part of a cylindrical object.

CONSTITUTION: The flocking box housing the short fibers of the flocking device to be disposed in the flocking box for flocking the inner cavity side wall of the cylindrical body to be flocked and is held in a grounded state and stopped in its home position is constructed as a cylindrical wire net container 4 constituted by disposing a metallic cylinder 6 connected with the circuit from a power source in the upper part, disposing an insulating cylinder 7 extended with a wire net 5 in its bottom opening in the lower part and forming the body part as the wire net cylinder 6. The flocking box is disposed in the cavity part of the cylindrical body to be flocked and is held stopped in the home position in such a manner that the box can be freely inserted and lifted concentrically into and out of the cavity part by a lifting device. The flocking box is also so disposed that the insulating cylinder of the flocking box is placed on the insulating ring of an air supply section 1 at the time of descending of the flocking box and is turned laterally in the placed state by the lifting device.
