Lock pieces 7 are fixed to places near the locking positions of the wires 4, 4' locked on the portions 2b, 2d, and when the supports have extended to the maximum height and the wires are under tension, the lock pieces are caught in slits 2a in the sidewalls of the support 23 or support 22, so that the fact that the supports have extended to the maximum height is recognized.
