PURPOSE: To enable the execution of works and re-covering easily without using nails and paste by successively superposing and laying floor boards laminated so as to form tongue sections by displacing heavy sheet-shaped articles by arbitrary width in the butt end direction on the rear of a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Heavy sheet-shaped articles 3 having equal area and shape are displaced by arbitrary width only in the direction of one-side butt ends and a tongue section 5 is formed, and the heavy sheet-shaped articles 3 are stuck on the rear of a substrate 1, in which a surface is decorated and female tongues 2a and male tongues 2b are formed to four peripheries, with adhesives (c), thus forming a floor board. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4a with release paper 4 is shaped on the surface of the tongue section 5. A material, which has specific gravity of 1.5 or more and by which the weight of the floor board reaches one and a half times or more of the substrate 1, is used as the heavy sheet-shaped article 3. When the rigidity of the substrate 1 is high, a plurality of grooves 6 having width of a half or more of thickness are formed to the rear. Operation, in which the floor board is placed on the ground of an underfloor section and release paper 4 is peeled, a section, in which there is no heavy sheet-shaped article 3, of the next floor board is superposed and sticking is conducted while the male tongues 2b are fitted into the female tongues 2a, in which a caulking agent K is introduced onto bottoms, is repeated at the time of the execution of works.
