This floor cargo carrying device is provided with a main body frame 2, movable forward and backward inside of a groove type rail 3 provided in a floor 19 and having a loading deck 2b, a roller plate 11 for supporting several traveling rollers 16 freely to turn and possible to move forward and backward inside of the main body frame 2, a link mechanism 8 for connecting one end of the main body frame 2 to one end of the roller plate 11, and a cam mechanism 11 for raising or lowering the loading deck 2b in relation to the roller plate 11. The link mechanism 8 is formed of an operating member 9 supported by one of the main body frame 2 and the roller plate 11 freely to turn and having a long hole type slide groove and a pin member 10 provided in the other of the main body frame 2 and the roller plate 11 an to be engaged freely to move along the slide groove 9a.
