PURPOSE: To maintain the effect of heat insulation by projecting and providing a grate-like frame on a concrete base plate to be constructed on the foundation together as a unit to house an insulating material in the frame, and fixing a concrete holding plate on the frame.
CONSTITUTION: A grate-like frame 2 is projected and provided on a concrete base plate 1 to be constructured on the foundation together as a unit, and after housing an insulating member 3 in the frame 2, a concrete holding plate 4 is fixed on the frame 2. The insulating member 3 is constituted of rectangular heat insulating materials 5 consisting of forming styrol and the like, a damp- proofing coating 6 such as a rubber asphalt sheet and the like and a water proofing coating 7. It is hard to melt the snow to be accumulated on the holding plate 4 and, at the same time, even if the function of the coating 6 and the coating 7 lowers, the heat insulating materials 5 are maintained in the frame 2. Accordingly, the excellent effect of heat insulation can be maintained.
