To provide a floor embedded air-conditioner for performing full air-conditioning operation with floor radiation.

A casing 1 having a feed port 5, a return air intake 2, an outside air intake 4 and an exhaust port 3 includes a feed air blowing passage A connecting the return air intake 2 in communication with the feed port 5 and having an evaporator 6, a reheater 7 and a feed fan 8, an exhaust air blowing passage B connecting the outside air intake 4 in communication with the exhaust port 3 and having a condenser 9 and an exhaust fan 10, a first communication passage C for guiding return air taken from the return air intake 2 to the condenser 9, and a second communication passage for guiding outside air taken from the outside air intake 4 to the evaporator 6. The casing 1 is installed in an underfloor space for floor radiation air-conditioning and the feed port 5 is communicated with the underfloor space. A floor is provided with an air outlet for blowing feed air from the feed port 5 into a room for communicating a room with the return air intake 2.
