The floor face sticking sheet is formed by laminating and sticking in the order of a transparent urethane resin sheet layer 1, a transparent primer layer 2, a transparent rubber-based adhesive layer 3, a transparent synthetic resin film layer 4 and a transparent rubber-based adhesive layer 5. The primer layer 2 is formed on one side of the urethane resin sheet layer 1 through primer treatment. The primer layer 2 includes a mixture of styrene-isoprene block copolymer resin or styrene-butadiene block copolymer resin and tackifying resin including styrene-based resin, hydrogenated rosin ester, terpene phenol resin, hydrogenated terpene resin, hydrogenated terpene phenol resin and/or aromatic petroleum resin. The rubber-based adhesive layer 3 includes styrene-isoprene block copolymer resin. The surface of the urethane resin sheet 1 is provided with a rugged hard coat layer 6.
