PURPOSE: To enable the opening of a floor finish member not to be opened at a position different from an estimated position by enabling a profile shaft to perform the transition of equilibrium into a penetration slot set on a profile member, by the outer diameter component of the profile shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Profile members 46, 47, 48 are rotated in parallel with the opening surface of a jig main-body 45, and their states are kept at any positions. Through both the ends of the profile member 47 and the tip of the profile member 48, circular penetration slots 51... are opened, and profile shafts 52... are penetrated. When the diameter of the shaft section of the profile shaft 52 is set as d, then the inner diameter of the penetration slot 51 is set as 2d, and the shaft 52 is contrived to perform the transition of equilibrium to the penetration slot 51 by the component of d, and so on a carpet 2 cut off to dimension, the jig 45 is set at the same position and in the same direction, in an internal space, and when a cutter 39 is moved in along an opening 45a, then the opening 3 of the same shape as that of a plate frame 20 can be obtained.
