In a washing and dressing stand 1 usable while inserting feet to a space 3 inside a cabinet in a sitting state by opening the lower part of a basin 2, water supply and discharge pipes or the like are hidden by fitting and arranging the front panel 4 from a front surface side to the space 3 inside the cabinet below the basin, rivets 8 are attached to the lower end face 4a of the front panel 4 and the rivets 8 are abutted to the floor surface 7. In such a manner, by attaching the rivets 8 to the lower end face 4a of the front panel 4 and abutting the rivets 8 to the floor surface 7, the front panel lower end face 4a and the floor surface 7 are not brought into direct contact with each other and the floor surface 7 is not damaged. Also, even when the floor surface 7 is not even, by adjusting the height of the rivets, the structure is adaptive to the unevenness.
