Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a stable circuit action even when the capacity value of the capacitor for smoothing of a direct current power source is not made larger by obtaining a constant time interval from a latching relay with a high priority and driving in the sequence when the driving signal of the latching relay is a certain time interval or below. CONSTITUTION:When a driving part 23 is provided in which the driving signal of respective latching relays 13 and 21 from a control part 10 is a certain time interval or above, latching relays 13 and 21 are driven in accordance with the driving signal, and when the driving signal is a certain time interval or below, a constant time interval is obtained from the latching relayed 13 and 21 with the high priority and driving is executed in the sequence. Thus, the latching relays 13 and 21 are not simultaneously turned, the capacity value of a capacitor 4 for smoothing of the direct current power source is not made larger, and even then, the fluctuation of the direct current voltage is suppressed, a stable circuit action is obtained and the shape of the capacitor 4 is also made smaller.
