PURPOSE: To eliminate the hindrance of inhabitability due to the difference of floor levels and the water leak due to the crack at the joint and the like by a method wherein a plurality of floor heating panels consisting of heat exchanging members provided with a heat pipe therethrough are jointed with each other by means of connecting pipes and reinforcing members.
CONSTITUTION: A floor heating panel 6 is formed by a large number of heat exchanging members 1, a heat pipe 2, insulating members 4 and reinforcing plates 5. The floor heating equipment is formed by arranging a plurality of the floor heating panels 6 with the end surfaces of the reinforcing plates 5 closely contacted with each other and with the space 8 at the end of the panel 6 adjacent thereto, being jointed with each other by inserting the reinforcing members 7 into the connecting pipes 3 so as to locate the middle of the reinforcing member 7 nearly above the contact surface between the reinforcing plates 5 and by fixing the reinforcing plates 5 to joists of the building or the like by means of nails or the like through the surfaces of the panels. Due to the structure described above, because the end surfaces of the heat exchanging members 1 do not contact with each other due to the space 8 even when the whole surface of the panels 6 expands, the compressive stress does not been produced at the end surfaces of the heat exchanging members 1 adjacent to each other. Further, the difference between the levels of the panels 6 and the warp of the panels 6 are also prevented by the reinforcing member 7.
