This floor heating panel is composed of a panel body 10 comprising a panel base material 11 and a back plate 15; a wire heater 20 built in the panel body 10; a power line 30 crossing the panel body 10 in the state of being connected to the wire heater 20; and the connectors 40a, 40b connected to both ends of the power line 30. A tongue side connector storage recessed part 12 and the groove side connector storage recessed part 13 for storing the connectors 40a, 40b respectively are formed on the back face side of the panel base material 11. A reinforcing plate 14 is stuck to the upper face of the groove side connector storage recessed part 13 for storing the connector 40b in the drawable manner from the panel base material 11. Tongues 11b on the long-side side of the panel base material 11 are cut off at their parts corresponding to the groove side connector storage recessed part 13.
