Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve response of a floor hinge and to smoothly carry out opening and closing of a door by reducing structural loss by way of reducing the number of links as well as rectilinearly moving a movable part.
CONSTITUTION: A guide mechanism 16 to support a movable part 14 free to move rectilinearly is provided on a floor hinge provided with a main spindle 11 rotating interlocked with opening and closing of a door, a driven gear 12 rotating by way of biting with the main spindle 11 and an energizing means 13 to interlock with the driven gear 12 and to energize the main spindle 11 in the closing direction of the door. The movable part 14 to be interlocked with the driven gear 12 of the energizing means 13 is connected with the driven gear 12 with a single link.
