PURPOSE: To facilitate snow-layer-melting and to make it possible to replace an existing snow layer with a new one within a short period of time by providing a heater connected to an outside power supply to the inside of a base-plate laid on the floor of an artificial skiing ground.

CONSTITUTION: A base plate 2 having excellent water proofing efficiency and damp proofing efficiency is laid on the floor 1 with heat insulating construction in an artificial skiing ground. Artificial turfs 3 are planted on the base plate 2 slantly in the direction of a mountain side of the floor 1, a heater 4 is installed to the inside of the base plate 2, and it is connected to an outside power supply. According to the constitution, the sliding of a snow-layer can be surely prevented, the deterioration of a heat insulating function of the floor 1 can be prevented, and the snow-layer-melting can be easily made by connecting power to the heater only.
