Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent adhesive, applied to tongue parts, from oozing out to the surface even in floor material formed by fitting plural rectangular bodies with adhesive applied to the tongue parts.
CONSTITUTION: A male tongue 1 and a female tongue 2 for fitting are machined at the side face parts of a rectangular body 8, and an inclined part 3 for applying adhesive 4 is provided at the lower part of the female tongue 2. After applying the adhesive 4 to the lower face of the male tongue 1 and the inclined part 3 of the female tongue 2 in the rectangular body 8, the male tongue 1 is fitted into the female tongue 2.
