Abstract:
To provide a floor material capable of being properly used as a double floor or a floor heating panel whose water content in a wooden base material easily changes too.SOLUTION: A floor material 10 is formed of a decorative material 12 provided on a surface of a wooden base material 11 comprising a 5-ply plywood 13, and a bending Young's modulus of the 5-ply plywood in a short direction is equal to or larger than 3500 N/mm. Densities of a second layer veneer and a fourth layer veneer in the 5-ply plywood are 0.45 to 0.95 g/cm, and densities of a first layer veneer 13a, a third layer veneer 13c and a fifth layer veneer 13e are preferably smaller than the densities of the second layer veneer and the fourth layer veneer. A bending Young's modulus when wetted of the 5-ply plywood in the short direction is preferably equal to or larger than 3000 N/mm. A composite plate formed of a MDF laminated by adhesion on the 5-ply plywood by a PUR-based hot melt adhesive can be the wooden base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
