Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material and its manufacturing method in which the beauty of wood grain such as a solid wood can be kept in a narrow groove portion, and furthermore, recesses are hard to occur on the surface.SOLUTION: A floor material 1 is provided in which a V-shaped cross section narrow groove TV extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in the central part of the lateral direction in the surface, and a narrow groove forming surface VS is formed in the peripheral edge. Natural decorative thick boards 13, 14 and a woody insulation fiberboard 15 are brought into abutment with each other and joined so that a portion corresponding to the narrow groove TV may be positioned in a natural decorative thick board 13 portion, and a portion corresponding to the narrow groove forming surface VS may be positioned in a natural decorative thick board 14 portion, and thereby a surface material 12 is formed. This surface material 12 is made to adhere on the top surface of a woody matrix 11 comprising plywood and the top surface is subjected to sanding, and then a natural decorative sheet 16 is made to adhere on the top surface of the surface material 12, and thereby a composite board 10 is formed. The top surface of this composite board 10 is subjected to cutting processing, and thereby the narrow groove TV and the narrow groove forming surface VS are formed. After that, the top surface where the narrow groove TV and the narrow groove forming surface VS are formed is painted, and thereby the floor material is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
