PURPOSE: To perform rapid joining together of adjoining floor panels without producing a difference in a level by arranging first and second hook members on the surface of a plate-form press member, making contact with the upper surface of a joint between floor panels arranged adjacently to each other, through a handle member.
CONSTITUTION: First and second hook members 5 and 8 are approximately horizontally opened and by driving the members from above by means of a hammer, the tip parts 12 and 14 of the hook members 5 and 8 are driven through two floor panels 9 and 9 arranged adjacently to each other. A handle member 3 fallen on the first hook member 5 sides is rotated to the second hook member 8 side to lock a second pin 6 to the lock part 10b on the second hook member 8 side of an oblong hole 10, and the handle member 3 is reversely rotated in a state that the second pin 6 is not moved to the first hook member 5 side. This constitution causes pressing of a joint between both floor panels 9 and 9 from above by means of a press member 2, drawing of the right and left tip parts 12 and 14 toward each other, and intercjoining of both panels 9 and 9 in a state to produce no difference in a level.
