To provide a tool capable of more surely and accurately cutting a floor sheet irrespective of the thickness, the size, the shape, etc., of the floor sheet.SOLUTION: The floor sheet cutting tool is for cutting a floor sheet, and characterized in that an upper plate member 11 has a vertically penetrating through-path, a sheet cutting part 13 includes a blade 15 which is disposed so as to be able to cut roughly perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the upper plate member 11 and a holder 16 which supports the blade 15 in a vertically movable state so that the blade 15 can move to a position higher/lower than a bottom surface of a lower plate member 12, and is mounted on the upper plate member in a horizontally movable state along the through-path, the lower plate member has a vertically penetrating through-path corresponding to the movable range of the blade, and a guide 17 for setting the blade along a sheet end side is provided to the vicinity of the connected opposite other end so as to enable horizontal movement along the shape of the floor sheet end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
